This notice explains what information this website collects when you use it, and what happens when you contact us.
Who runs this site
TechCrest Coding Hub runs this website. We are a tech training centre at 102 Yusuf Shuaibu Plaza, Ado, Karu LGA, Nasarawa State, Nigeria (open in Google Maps).
What this site collects
This site has no accounts. The only place it asks for personal details is the enquiry form, described below.
This site does not set its own cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
Fonts and images are served from this site. Apart from the bot check on the enquiry form, pages do not load content from other companies.
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser saves that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form asks who is filling it in (the student, or a parent or guardian), your full name, your phone number, and the course you are interested in. Your email and a message are optional. You also confirm that the student is 15 or older, and agree to this notice. The form does not ask for a date of birth, a home address, or the student's name.
We use these details only to call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry.
Only TECHCREST staff can see enquiries. They are stored with Supabase, our database provider. We also record when you agreed to this notice and which version of it you saw.
To ask us to delete your enquiry, call or WhatsApp us.
Bot and spam checks
The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Turnstile runs in your browser and sends technical details about your browser and device to Cloudflare. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers this check.
To stop too many enquiries coming from one place, we keep scrambled codes made from your IP address and phone number for up to two days. We do not store your IP address.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when you visit. These record technical details such as your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for, and the time of the request. They are used to keep the site running and secure.
Calling, WhatsApp, and maps
The call and WhatsApp buttons open your phone or WhatsApp. Calls go through your phone network. WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. The map link opens Google Maps. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
When you call or message us, we see your phone number and anything you send us.
Changes to this notice
If what this site does changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
